Orbis Studios is $49, paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Your payment grants you a personal, non-transferable lifetime license to use the software, including free updates for as long as you use it. You may install and run it on machines you own or control.

All rights, title, and ownership in the software and its source code remain with Orbis Marketing Inc. — all rights reserved. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software or your license to anyone else.

Orbis Studios is a digital download, delivered immediately after payment via a download link on the order-confirmation page. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Download links expire after 24 hours; revisit your order-confirmation page or email us to re-download.

Orbis Studios is infrastructure, not a hosted service. It does not include AI compute, credits, or a subscription to any AI provider. To generate images, video, or audio, you must sign up with providers of your choice (for example OpenAI, Google, or fal), fund your own account with them, and enter your own API keys into the app’s settings.

Those keys, and any costs they incur, are entirely your responsibility. Provider services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, rate limits, or output. If you’re unsure how to get keys or connect them, the setup guide and in-app instructions walk through it step by step — email us at team@orbismedia.ca if anything is still unclear.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies to new purchases.
